Job Description:
Sales Engineer:
1. Getting to know and familiar with the products and technology as soon as possible through our training.
2. Being responsible for the designated area of the market maintenance and market sales.
3.
Exploring the potential customers in the designated area, to capture
the latest news of the customers and to provide the solutions to
customers.
4. Designing the promotion policy and sales-plan policy, overall to achieve the sales targets.
5. Understanding the market conditions and to give back the feedbacks about the market information to company in time.
Technical Support Engineer:
1. Getting to know and familiar with the products and technology as soon as possible through our training.
2. Being responsible for the equipment installation, commissioning and operation training.
3. Understanding the using circumstance of the customer's equipment and to give back the feedbacks to company in time.
4. Holding regular user training courses, and focusing on instilling
the knowledge about operation, daily maintainance and problem solving.
5. Assisting the sales staffs in the customer service.
Requirements:
Sales Engineer:
1.
Being with bachelor degree or above in major of chemistry, biology,
environment, pharmaceutical, materials and other related professional
majors.
2. Being good conduct, enthusiastic, positive, motivated, responsible, and aggressive.
3. Having a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Being diligent, active and hard-working.
5. Possessing the capacity of interpersonal communication and the ability of coordination
6. Having the strong ability to explore market, and the clear idea of promotion
7. Having the good English reading ability, and skilled computer operation ability
8. Being able to travel frequently.
Technical Support Engineer:
1. Being with bachelor degree
or above in major of chemical, biological, environmental,
pharmaceutical, materials and other related professional majors.
2. Being good conduct, enthusiastic, positive, motivated , responsible, and aggressive.
3. Having a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Being diligent, active and hard-working.
5. Possessing the capacity of interpersonal communication and the ability of coordination
6.
Having the consciousness about the customer service, practical ability,
and the team cooperation spirit, who must be flexible and strong
learning ability.
7. Being with more than two years laboratory or any other related work experience.
8. Having the good English reading ability, and skilled computer operation ability
9. Being able to travel frequently.
